Mangrove Road North

This aboriginal rock engraving site has been very badly damaged by heavy machinery that was brought into the area to erect electrical transmission towers. The designs here include a bull shark, a warrior, a kangaroo and other mystery carvings.

This engraving of a bull shark has had the dorsal fin almost worn away and a large section of the lower area has been broken away.

This is a smaller version of the large Daramulum figure that can be found at the Mangrove Road South site not far away. Both of these Daramulum figures are in alignment. This figure is just over a metre tall and is very worn and eroded.
