Along Warringah Road in Beacon Hill is a display home with a nice rock carving site located in the front yard called ‘Maiuolo Engravings’. A wooden walkway has been carefully constructed above the rock platform to preserve the carvings and make them a feature of the house.

This engraving represents a large eel.

This faint fish engraving bears the scars of some earlier construction.

On the other side of the walkway is a kangaroo and goanna engraving.
